‘Tuscany Suites and Casino is a locals casino about one and a half miles east of the Las Vegas Strip on Flamingo Road. It draws about half of its players from the locals market and the other half from tourists. Tuscany is a sister casino to Ellis Island, which is about a half a block to the west of the property.

The top dining choice at Tuscany is Tuscany Gardens. The upscale restaurant offers prime steaks, chicken, veal, and seafood specialties. It also spreads a wide variety of Italian dishes. It offers one of the widest menus for this style of restaurant in the city.
Marilyn’s Café is open 24 hours a day. It offers more exquisite food than most casino cafes. There are dinner specials each night and a graveyard breakfast menu.
The Cantina offers Mexican food. It is open for lunch and dinner.
There are two casino bars. There are lounges at the TSpot Lounge and Piazza Lounge.
